Install

  1. Open BC10-Workspace-Setup-x64.exe from your Downloads folder.
  2. Windows may show a blue Windows protected your PC screen. Choose More info, then Run anyway.
  3. BC10 Workspace installs just for you, with no admin prompt, and opens on its own.
  4. Sign in with your BC10 ID. That’s it.

Why the blue screen? BC10 Workspace is new and not yet code-signed, so Windows SmartScreen doesn’t recognise it yet. This is expected and goes away once the app is signed. Always download it from this page.

Updates

BC10 Workspace checks for updates on its own and downloads them quietly in the background. When one is ready you’ll see Restart to update. Choose it when it suits you; the update installs and the app opens again. Your notes and budget stay as they are. More about updates

Uninstall

Open Settings → Apps → Installed apps, find BC10 Workspace and choose Uninstall.

To remove the offline copy of your notes and budget from this PC, sign out in the app first. Your data stays safe in your BC10 account either way.
